Hey how do you define happiness? Is it just feeling good, laughing, smiling, getting what you want in terms of material things, friends, love, good grades, good job, nice life, contentment, or more? What is happiness to you? Please feel free to share.

good question. Contentment, achievemtnt, it's many things depending on the situation. Could be anything from piece to relief really.

some hard work that paid off, or something/ ssomeone that made you more of what you are. well your right it all depends on the situations. achievements can be, success, or just a happy feeling. the happy feeling works for me in a bad situation. well, sometimes but not all the time.so, any thing else.

thats one thing. i definetely agree that each one of us has a different kinds of happiness and that goes for everyone. someone might say that he/ she is sad even though everyone in the crowd is doing great. this person is looking for something more. well that was just an example.

can anyone honestly say they're "happy" with their lives? I mean isn't the general idea to keep striving for more? and if your trying to achieve more than you're never truely happy, or you wouldn't keep trying right?
